GENERAL:

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online store only and do not have a physical store / walk in store.

Can I collect from your offices / warehouse?

Currently we do not offer any collections of orders from our offices / warehouse.

*We are in the process of setting up the option for you to collect your order from one of over 2000 Pargo Collection Points.

Are you based in South Africa?

We are a proudly South African business situated in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

DELIVERY:

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a flat rate of R95 nationwide and offer free shipping if you spend R1000 or more (T's & C's Apply)

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 2-5 business days to main centers. Rural, Regional & Outlaying areas can take longer.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box, we require a physical delivery address that includes a Building number, Street name, Suburb, City, Province & Postal Code. If you live in a rural area without street names we can send your order with Paxi to your nearest Paxi Point, please specify if you require this option and provide us with a Paxi Store Code.

*We will in the near future make available the option to choose to collect your order at one of over 2000 Pargo Pick Up Points .

Do you deliver to Farms, Power Stations, Military Bases & Mines?

We can deliver to these types of delivery addresses but an additional delivery fee will be applicable in these situations.

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery partners deliver on weekdays only between 08:00 & 18:00.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with a link to track your order. Alternatively you can click on the 'Check Order Status' button in the order confirmation email sent to you when you placed your order.

PAYMENTS:

How can I pay for my order?

We offer many different payment options including: Credit or Debit Card, Instant EFT, Mobicred, Masterpass, Zapper, Payflex & MoreTyme.

Do you offer payment on delivery?

Unfortunately this is not possible due to the fact that orders are delivery via a 3rd party courier service.

Can I buy on credit?

We offer three credit payment options, MoreTyme, Mobicred & Payflex.

How does Payflex work?

Payflex allows you to buy now and pay later. You pay 25% of your total order value upon placing your order. Your order will be processed immediately. The rest of your payments are spread across 4 equal interest-free payments over a period 6 weeks. So you will pay 25% of your total order value when placing your order and another 25% every 2 weeks. No additional fees and no interest is charged.

Can I pay with a cash deposit or bank transfer?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash deposits or bank transfers. We offer two Instant EFT payment options. All you need is a bank account.
